This is just an outline of performance indicator of Mr. Rasarathnam and the team’s achievements ranging from Health care, Educational, Business and legal achievements
Education Sector
Mr. Rasarathnam was one of first of the five people in United Kingdom to provide NVQ’s for Health Care staff and was recognised as a Assessment Centre to provide NVQ Qualifications for and behalf of City and Guilds in United Kingdom.
The Inauguration of National Standards (Health Care Sector)
Mr Rasarathnam together with Mr Graham Morgan, Kingston University, Collage of Radiographers where they inaugurated National Standards for the Radiographers which is today the International standard for NVQ Level 3 and Level 4. This was done together with Universities and Educational sectors, all service providers within the NHS and also other institutions in United Kingdom ( This was mandated by Marie Webster, South East Region of the NHS )
Voluntary Sector
Mr Rasarathnam was a development tester for K666, which is a quarter credit course toward a Bachelor of Art degree. The content of this package was based and model on the charity inaugurated by Mr Rasarathnam together with the users of the service and the service providers, the advocates and the authorities (NHS Sector, Social services, Educational institutions etc.) with a test bed within Horsham, United Kingdom. The model covered the Southeast sector of the country. At this time this was a unique model to gap the short falls of service for this category of people. This model is a holistic model ranging from Education to service provision through joint participation. This model has been adopted throughout United Kingdom but in water down form.
Business Sector
Mr Rasarathnam with his team and company was selected as a SELECT ASSURED company for and behalf of Business link Kent on and behalf of the Government. During this time he and his team:
- Won a major case for a client against one of the Authority in the High court in London, using one of the care packages he and his team developed and also by acting as a professions expert in the care sector in the court proceedings.
- Meet with minister/s within Asia in relation to project development and dealt with several Geo political dispositions.
