Performance Indicators – The Blue VKR Foundation

Mandated by NHS region to Inaugurated the National Standards for NVQ Level 3 and 4 for Radiography together with Graham Morgan, Kingston University and other key institution which is to date the standard that is used internationally.
Mandated by Open University to be a development tester for their package K666 which was based on the community charity on health care model inaugurated by Mr. Rasarathnam together with the client’s relatives /advocates and other institutions and was piloted in Horsham (this package was awarded as quarter credit toward Bachelor of Art degree)
Evaluated Health Care Study, for England and Wales for the Department of Health, UK, together with our European partner from Germany while based with Hastings Health Authority.

Participated in the Management of Change in the inauguration of pilot Community Care model of care under “Kushlick Model of care“ for and on behalf of Southampton Health Authority (This was one of the first community based system in United Kingdom)
Participated in the management of change by inaugurating the models of care and treatment and the development of accredited education centre for National vocational qualifications.
Actively involved in the management and pilot scheme in evaluation and implementation of the 1982 Mental Health Act with great success in 1982 with several pressure groups in United Kingdom while with Hastings Health Authority.
As a Clinical Tutor set and inaugurated continuing post graduate education for all the staff in Hasting Health Authority within the Learning disability and General Sector.
Participated in a pilot system in 1979 in the initial development of community based services “Wessex Community project“ with success. This was used as a template model for other community services within United Kingdom.

- Inaugurated and developed community based charity with the consumers when there was a shortfall in the care service needs. This health care service is now self sustaining and caters for several children in south of United Kingdom.
- Founder and developer of The Blue VKR Foundation with an innovative humanitarian business model inaugurated with business concepts to support the international Foundation model with good governance.

Developed and implemented various International network models in setting several of business models to meet globalization and the management of change brought by external dynamic and factors.
Developed and implemented various brokerage/s International transactions models ranging from commodities to financial services.
Developed and implemented several partnership models with innovative technology companies based on proactive future growth and employment systems.
Facilitating several Joint Venture partners on behalf of my Foundation’s trading companies. This also includes the interfacing of International banking to meet the management of global changes.
Inaugurating and develop of a non-governmental humanitarian Organization (NGO) base on a humanitarian International Foundation Model.
Enhancing the international trading arm structure of the Blue VKR Foundation to become an international Foundation with good governance via diligence and strong networking models. This also includes the Blue VKR trading companies that are intended to generate funds for the Foundation.
Evaluating various International projects on behalf of the Foundation and trading companies.
Empowered several international business and humanitarian groups to be affiliated and then amalgamated to the Foundation or its trading company.
