Participated in the Management of Change in the inauguration of pilot Community Care model of care under “Kushlick Model of care“ for and on behalf of Southampton Health Authority (This was one of the first community based system in United Kingdom)
Participated in the management of change by inaugurating the models of care and treatment and the development of accredited education centre for National vocational qualifications.
Actively involved in the management and pilot scheme in evaluation and implementation of the 1982 Mental Health Act with great success in 1982 with several pressure groups in United Kingdom while with Hastings Health Authority.
As a Clinical Tutor set and inaugurated continuing post graduate education for all the staff in Hasting Health Authority within the Learning disability and General Sector.
Participated in a pilot system in 1979 in the initial development of community based services “Wessex Community project“ with success. This was used as a template model for other community services within United Kingdom.
